THE GREEN GANG

In 2018, a group of ST12A1 students came up with an idea of creating a group named the Green Gang, which symbolizes the rangers of environment that help battle the effects of Climate Change and Global warming by raising awareness to the public.

After  series of discussion, the group decided to produce an environmental blog through  a media platform so people can have easy access in acquiring these helpful information. The blog is called Take Action with a tagline “Don’t just stand there. Take Action.” that is intended to spread awareness to the community by educating them on how to mitigate the effects of Climate Change and Global Warming and allowing them to maximize the knowledge about these Earthly concerns based on the facts, tips and advisory given by every member of the group.

The information provided by every member is deemed relevant since it is supported by facts and reliable sources, therefore the information can be helpful for citizens of all ages.

To expand Global warming and Climate Change awareness among masses of people

To educate the people in the community with the facts, cause and effects of Global Warming and Climate Change 

To provide ways on how to mitigate Global Warming and Climate Change effectively

To encourage and inspire the viewers and readers to take action and adopt the solutions depicted, igniting momentum towards climate action at scale
